How the percentage works, what is included and how you are invoiced.

What does "billed revenue" mean?
It is the total of invoices Quintixco raises for your subscriptions in a month, before tax. One-time charges billed through Quintixco count. Refunds are deducted.
Are payment gateway fees included?
No. Your payment partner charges its own processing fees, which are separate from the Quintixco plan. We do not add a markup on them.
What happens when we cross $1,200 MRR on Small Loop?
Nothing stops. You get an email and an in-app notice, and you can move to Big Loop when you are ready. We never pause billing for your customers.
Can we pay annually?
Yes. Big Loop and Infinite Loop can be billed annually on an agreed revenue commitment, with the monthly minimum applied across the year.
How are we invoiced in India?
Indian businesses receive a GST invoice in INR at the prevailing rate on the invoice date. International businesses are invoiced in USD.
