Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of our subscription billing platform, including plans, recurring invoices, autopay mandates, AI payment recovery, the customer portal, revenue metrics and tax tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of your business.
The service
We provide software to manage subscription plans, raise invoices, schedule and track recurring payments, recover failed payments, give your customers a self-service portal and report recurring revenue. We are a software provider. We are not a bank, payment aggregator or payment system operator, and we do not hold, receive or settle your customers' money.
Payment partners
Payments are processed by regulated payment partners that you choose and contract with directly. Their terms, fees, settlement timelines and dispute processes apply to every payment. We are not responsible for a payment partner's decision to decline, hold or reverse a transaction.
Your account
- You must provide accurate business details and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity carried out by the team members you invite.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Your responsibilities as a merchant
- Obtain valid mandates and consent from your subscribers before charging them on a recurring basis.
- Show your subscribers clear pricing, renewal, refund and cancellation terms before they subscribe.
- Follow RBI rules for recurring payments, GST law and consumer protection law that apply to your business.
- Make sure the tax settings, GSTINs and invoice details you configure are correct.
- Use only the polite message templates provided, or your own messages that are factual and not threatening or misleading.
AI Payment Recovery
Recovery features suggest and schedule retry times and reminders based on payment history. They operate within mandate limits and payment network rules, and you can override or switch them off. Recovery rates vary by business and are not guaranteed. Estimates shown on the website are illustrations only.
Fees and billing
Paid plans are charged as a percentage of billed revenue with a monthly minimum, as described on the pricing page. Payment partner fees are separate. Fees are billed monthly in arrears unless an annual agreement says otherwise, and applicable taxes are added.
If a payment for the service fails and is not resolved within 14 days of notice, we may limit paid features until it is.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to bill for unlawful goods or services, or for charges your subscribers did not agree to.
- Do not attempt to access other merchants' data, probe or disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it.
- Do not send spam or misleading payment messages through the service.
Data
You own your business and subscriber data. You grant us the rights needed to process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your plans, subscriptions, invoices and reports at any time while your account is active.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and to schedule maintenance outside peak billing hours. We may improve or change features over time. If we remove a feature you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or revenue, or for acts of payment partners and other third parties.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time from workspace settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, with notice where practical. After closure you have 30 days to export your data, after which it is deleted except where the law requires us to keep it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
